Working with Reflex you get peace of mind knowing experienced engineers are just a phone call away for repairs, replacements and sound advice.

With our own team of engineers (we do not employ third party companies) to carry out servicing we can assure you the quality of service we offer is second to none plus each engineer carries over £8,000 worth of parts to maximise our efficiency.

Covering the length and breadth of Britain, Reflex engineers are out keeping our customers equipment running at optimum levels. We offer free telephone support and can advise on training and machine maintenance. With customer service at our core, we strive to be the best in the business.

With a full range of service contracts available we can offer different levels of support (or can arrange a package to suit individual needs) – from

  • One-off, ad-hoc repair calls
  • An on-site repair contract (labour only)
  • An on-site repair contract (covering all parts and labour *exclusions apply)
  • Weekly inspections to ensure mission critical kit is available and running properly

With an extensive range of spares carried by all our engineers we are proud to maintain over a 99% first fix ratio, which we believe is unique in the UK and gives our customers the knowledge that they are in safe hands.
