Covering the length and breadth of Britain Reflex engineers are out keeping our customers equipment running at optimum levels. We offer free telephone support and can advise on training and machine maintenance. Customer service is at our core.
With a full range of service contracts available we can offer different levels of support (or can arrange a package to suit each individual customers needs) – from one-off, ad-hoc repair calls; to a full 12 month on site repair contracts covering all parts and labour with weekly inspections to ensure mission critical kit is available and running properly.
With an extensive range of spares carried by all our engineers we are proud to maintain over a 99% first fix ratio which we believe is unique in the UK and gives our customers the knowledge that they are in safe hands.
