Reflex Boston has launched two meaningful initiatives to honour the memory of colleagues we sadly lost: the creation of a Memorial Garden at our Boston site and our team’s participation in the Butterfly Hospice Charity Hike.
Memorial Garden: A Place for Reflection
We’re proud to share the creation of a new memorial garden at Reflex Boston, a peaceful space dedicated to the memory of our colleagues Clive Launchbury and Paul Curle. It offers a quiet space to remember and reflect on the contributions they made and the people they were.
We extend our sincere thanks to everyone who helped bring this project to life, making it a place of peace, remembrance, and inspiration.
Butterfly Hospice Charity Hike: Walking in Memory
In a further expression of remembrance, Reflex Boston colleagues will participate in the Butterfly Hospice Charity Hike on 21st September, covering 10 miles from the Reflex Swineshead site to the Butterfly Hospice in Boston.
This initiative is undertaken in memory of Clive Launchbury, whose life was deeply touched by the compassionate care he received at the hospice. Through this hike, our team aims to raise both awareness and funds to support the vital services provided by Butterfly Hospice, giving back to the organisation that made such a difference in Clive’s final months.
Clive’s presence and contribution to Reflex were significant, and he is fondly remembered by colleagues past and present. Both the memorial garden and the charity hike serve to honour his legacy and the legacy of Paul Curle, ensuring that their impact continues to be felt within our community.
Supporting the Cause
We invite colleagues, friends, and supporters to join us in supporting the Butterfly Hospice. Donations can be made through our JustGiving page, helping us reach our fundraising goals and further the hospice’s essential work.
