Reflex employees will take on the Samworth Brothers Charity Challenge.

The Samworth Brothers Charity Challenge is a multifaceted event that brings together businesses of all sizes. This year, Reflex is proud to step up to the plate, entering three enthusiastic teams of four into the challenge to contribute towards making a difference. 

From physical challenges to mental exercises, the diverse range of activities encourages teamwork, strategic thinking, and a healthy dose of friendly competition.

What sets this challenge apart is its purpose: raising funds for charitable organisations that make a tangible difference in the lives of those in need.

The course consists of three major sections – Mountain, Canoe & Cycle with all being approximately 3 hours in duration.

The challenge will take place over two weekends: 10-12th May and 17-19th May, near Ambleside in the Lake District.

Throughout the months leading up to the event, we have plenty of events planned for our sites to help our three teams raise money by participating in our fundraising events. We have bake sales, themed days, and a raffle or two thrown in the mix! 

Thank you to our Reflex Label Plus site in Barwell for organising a raffle before Christmas. Thanks to their efforts, we have raised £400 so far.

Our charity of choice is The Alzheimer’s Society, and we have big plans to raise a substantial amount of money for the charity in 2024.

The Alzheimer’s Society works relentlessly towards a world where dementia no longer devastates lives. They do this by giving help to those living with dementia today by providing hope for the future.
