Hereās how the 2024 scheme works: Each employee at every Reflex site across the UK can nominate a local cause they believe deserves support. With each site receiving Ā£1000, the funds can be allocated to a single cause or distributed among several, depending on the specific needs and funding requirements of each nominated project.Ā
